Alice is a versatile Choreographer, who often enjoys creating fusions, and adding splashes of comedy to traditional styles. Although she is trained in and has experienced almost all genres from Ballet to Popping [the latter of which was rather more humourous than she'd anticipated!] her particular passions lie in Musical Theatre, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary Lyrical.

Reviews:
"Music plays a pivotal role in the narrative as does dancing, with the choreography credited to Ali Bendall, who also plays Maria’s bosom buddy, Sarah. It’s a big, bold, bawdy role and Bendall embraces it…
… all contribute with crafted characterisations to deepen the pool of talent assembled.” The Ballad of Maria Marten - New Theatre - 2023
"The choreography by Alice Bendall was clever and effective with many contrasting styles being thrown into the mix, which suited the variety of roles the ensemble were playing. It also made the most out of the stronger dancers in the company whilst keeping the steps simple enough for all to perform with flair."
Music Theatre Musings review for Reefer Madness, Bridewell Theatre, 2016.
“The isolated but perfectly pitched instances of choreography complemented the themes of time and control – and the escalation of both drama and musicality – faultlessly. The sparing use of clearly choreographed movement is a mature and effective choice and when the cast are transfigured into ticking automata before spiralling into something far more primal, it is rightly rewarding.”
Total Theatre Review for Something Something Lazarus, 2016, Kings Head Theatre.
